List of 100-Write of 100 fears, beliefs, problems,
reasons, tasks, ideas.

Dialogue-A written conversation in which you
write both parts. You can dialogue with anyone or anything.

Stream of consciousness-Write whatever shows
up out of your pen. Don’t consciously think about it.
10. Topics
du jour- Write about the same topic every day for a month.
Or write down 31 topics and about them in order, throughout
the month.

Inventory-Make a list of the most important
areas or projects in your life. Then write a paragraph
or two about each one. Where are you now, where do you
want to be and what will take you from here to there.
12. Guided
Imagery-Take yourself on a trip, anywhere at all.
Meet up with a wise person. Ask questions, listen for answers.
Receive a gift. Write it down.

Unsent Letters-Write letters to people you’re
mad at, intimidated by, shy around. Don’t plan to send
them.

Artmaking-So what if you can’t draw a straight
line? This is for you. Try a collage if you get stuck.

Dream Logs-Your life becomes transparent when
you start paying attention to what goes on in your non-waking
moments. Log your dreams and write what meaning they
may have in your life.

Perspectives-Alter your point of view by writing
as if you were someone else, or by propelling yourself backwards
or forward in time.

Inner Wisdom-Access a meditative state through
deep breathing or visualization and request guidance from
the part of you that holds your truth.
